Hired by CEO and founder of Sabio Hospitality Group to develop new wine bar restaurant brand, concept and identity. Created investor pitch deck including visual identity, story, menu concept, financials and growth plans resulting in successful capital raise to open Crush'd Wine Bar + Kitchen in Danville, CA in August 2024. Provided brand kit, signage and design consultation, menu development and strategic direction on grocery retail experience.
Engaged by the CEO and founder of Sabio Hospitality Group to lead the brand development of a new wine bar restaurant concept. Created the full brand identity and investor pitch deck—encompassing visual identity, brand narrative, menu concept, financial projections, and growth strategy—which directly supported a successful capital raise to launch Crush’d Wine Bar + Kitchen in Danville, CA. Delivered a comprehensive brand toolkit, signage package, and design consultation, along with strategic guidance on menu development and integration of a grocery retail component to enhance revenue diversification and guest experience.
